Social Media & Paid Ads Manager Needed for Two Growing Technology Companies

We are looking for a motivated and experienced social media and paid advertising specialist to help grow two technology companies through video ads, social media content, and campaign optimization. Our websites: * ClearCost.net * MoneyGlobeApp.com You will be responsible for publishing and optimize video ads across social media platforms such as FB/Tik Tok, X. You will receive admin access to our social media accounts and advertising platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Post and manage video ads across social media channels * Optimize paid ad campaigns based on performance * Monitor engagement, clicks, conversions, and audience response * Provide recommendations to improve results * Create and schedule three social media posts per week for each company * Help build brand awareness and online engagement **Initial Scope:** * 2 companies * 1–2 video advertisements per company to start * Social media management for both brands * Ongoing optimization and growth **Requirements:** * Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram, X, or similar platforms * Experience managing business social media accounts * Understanding of ad performance metrics and optimization * Ability to work with our video manager and independently and provide ideas * Must have examples of previous campaigns or social media growth results **Compensation:** Initial pay is **$150/month**. This role has significant growth potential. Compensation will increase as your campaigns generate measurable success and help grow our companies.
