Summary

We are a digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Social Media & Paid Ads Manager to oversee both organic social media marketing and paid social advertising for multiple client accounts. This is not just a graphic design role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire social media process, from strategy and content creation to scheduling, publishing, ad management, optimization, and reporting. Responsibilities ✨ Organic Social Media Management ✨ Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars ✨ Write social media captions and post copy ✨ Create graphics, reels, and other social media assets ✨ Schedule and publish content across social platforms ✨ Manage revisions and updates based on client feedback ✨ Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals Paid Social Advertising ✨ Create ad copy and ad creatives for campaigns ✨ Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns ✨ Monitor campaign performance and make optimizations ✨ Manage budgets, audiences, and targeting ✨ Perform A/B testing and creative testing ✨ Provide performance updates and recommendations ✨ Troubleshoot campaign issues as they arise Team Collaboration ✨ Work directly with our project manager ✨ Respond to questions, requests, and assigned tasks during business hours ✨ Meet deadlines and proactively communicate project status Required Experience ✨ Proven experience managing both organic social media and paid social campaigns ✨ Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager ✨ Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms ✨ Strong copywriting and content creation skills ✨ Experience designing social media graphics and ad creatives ✨ Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools ✨ Understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance metrics ✨ Excellent English communication skills Availability ✨ You must be available and responsive during: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Los Angeles Time (PST/PDT) We need someone who can actively support our team throughout the workday, not just complete tasks asynchronously.
