Social Media Posting VA — Batch Scheduling Across 7 Platforms, 1-2 Days/Week (8-10 hr Days)

We're hiring a social media posting VA to run our content distribution engine 1-2 days per week (8-10 hour batching days). You post and schedule - we supply all the content. WHO WE ARE Fintology is a fintech SaaS company (AI lending platform). We run our company brand (instagram.com/fintology.ai) plus our founder's personal brand (instagram.com/exitwithtori) across 7 channels: Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, Facebook business page, LinkedIn business page, and YouTube Shorts. THE WORK (checklist execution - we have a documented SOP) You work from our step-by-step Content Operations SOP. Nothing is guesswork: - Batch-schedule ~10 posts/day across all 7 platforms using our scheduling tool (Metricool) - Pull finished videos/graphics from our content folder; light template edits in Canva when needed - Copy captions and hashtags from our template bank, adjust per platform - Download/source clips per SOP instructions - Log every post in the tracking sheet and flag anything that fails to publish - Basic engagement pass: respond to comments/DMs from a scripted FAQ doc SCHEDULE - 1-2 fixed days per week, 8-10 hours per day (your batching days) - Days are flexible but consistent week to week - you pick them, then keep them - Long-term ongoing role REQUIREMENTS - Experience batch-scheduling with Metricool, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar (tell us which) - Basic Canva skills (edit from templates - no design from scratch) - Careful checklist discipline: right caption, right platform, right time, every time - Reliable internet and a consistent weekly schedule HOW TO APPLY (READ - WE AUTO-REJECT) 1.
