Social Media Recruiter

BlueWay is seeking an experienced recruiter, talent sourcer, or candidate development specialist to help identify and recruit qualified Community Promotion and Territory Development Representatives throughout Wisconsin. We are building approximately 45 geographic territories and are looking for someone who can proactively locate, screen, and present qualified candidates for review. The ideal recruiter understands how to find community-minded individuals with backgrounds in social media marketing, content creation, business development, fundraising, nonprofit leadership, community outreach, event promotion, networking, local media, podcasting, economic development, tourism, chamber of commerce activities, and relationship building. Responsibilities include: • Identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, networking groups, community organizations, business associations, chambers of commerce, local media channels, and professional networks. • Conducting initial candidate outreach and screening. • Evaluating communication skills, networking ability, leadership potential, and community involvement. • Maintaining a candidate pipeline across multiple Wisconsin territories. • Presenting qualified candidates for BlueWay review. • Assisting with territory development recruiting strategies and candidate sourcing recommendations. The individuals being recruited will help build local participation through community promotion, business engagement, sponsorship development, fundraising support, social media activity, content creation, and relationship building within their assigned territories. Compensation: $250 for each approved candidate successfully recruited and accepted through the BlueWay review process.
