Social Media Setup & Account Strategy Consultant (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon Affiliates)

Title: Social Media Manager / Digital Brand Setup Specialist Needed for New Creator & Affiliate Accounts We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager or Digital Brand Setup Specialist to help my spouse build and properly structure a new online presence from the ground up. This is not primarily a content posting role. We need someone who understands account setup, platform best practices, security considerations, and can clearly explain recommendations in an easy-to-understand way. Project Overview: My spouse is starting a new creator/affiliate journey and plans to establish accounts across platforms such as: • Facebook • Instagram • TikTok (future setup) • Amazon Associates / Affiliate Program • Potential future social and creator platforms We want guidance on creating a secure, organized foundation before launching. Responsibilities: • Walk us through account creation and setup process step by step • Help determine the best account structure (personal profile vs business/creator accounts, pages, linked accounts, etc.) • Advise on security best practices including: * Two-factor authentication * Password management * Account ownership structure * Recovery methods * Separation between personal and business assets • Help connect and organize related platforms correctly • Explain recommendations clearly and without unnecessary jargon • Answer questions throughout the process • Help avoid mistakes that could create account issues later • Provide documentation or simple written notes where appropriate Ideal Qualifications: • Experience setting up Facebook business pages and creator accounts • Experience with Instagram creator/business accounts • Familiarity with TikTok account setup and creator ecosystems • Experience with Amazon Associates/Affiliate onboarding • Understanding of social media account security and ownership structures • Ability to teach and communicate clearly with non-technical users • Strong English communication skills Nice to Have: • Experience helping creators, affiliates, influencers, or small businesses launch from scratch • Knowledge of branding strategy and content organization • Experience using Meta Business tools Project Type: Initially a consultation/setup project with potential for future ongoing work if the relationship is a good fit.
