Basically the teams choice to just try something different any test it out) *3 CTA IG stories/week *Team is responsible for creation; others will be filmed by Luke Overview I run a fitness coaching brand and am looking to hire a reliable agency or team to support short-form video editing. I am the face of the brand and will continue recording the raw content myself. What I need is a team that can help turn that footage into engaging, on-brand content and help keep the content machine organized, consistent, and performance-driven. This role is not just about editing videos. I am looking for a team that can help with the tactical execution behind content while also providing thoughtful support around content planning, posting cadence, testing ideas, tracking performance, and helping the brand grow over time. The overall goal is to create a lean, effective system that helps grow both my social media presence and fitness coaching business. Scope of Work 1) Short-Form Video Editing You will help turn raw fitness, lifestyle, and talking-head footage into polished, on-brand short-form content for Instagram and TikTok. Responsibilities -Edit short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok -Cut workout footage, talking-head clips, voiceovers, and b-roll into engaging content -Add captions, text overlays, punch-ins, pacing improvements, and light effects where appropriate -Follow the brand’s aesthetic and editing style consistently -Create alternate cuts or multiple usable pieces from the same filming session -Organize raw footage and final assets in a clean folder structure for future use -Export platform-ready files in the correct format and quality -Turn simple creative direction into finished edits with minimal back-and-forth -Potentially assist with adjacent asset types such as cover images, simple quote posts, or light carousel formatting if capable What success looks like -Raw footage gets turned into polished, publish-ready content quickly and consistently -Content quality and consistency improve across platforms -Recording sessions can reliably turn into several usable posts -The editing team begins to understand the brand well enough to make strong creative choices without constant micromanagement This function is not responsible for -Being the face or voice of the brand -Creating overall business strategy -Writing sales copy or managing leads directly Responsibilities -Summarize what content is working, what is not, and what should be tested next in meetings with founder -Research creators and brands in the fitness/business content space to identify useful patterns, trends, and content ideas -Bring 1 to 3 relevant content ideas or creative tests each week based on market research -Translate those ideas into simple briefs or direction for the founder and video editor -Maintain a weekly content calendar and posting cadence -Coordinate scheduling and publishing of approved content -Help repurpose content across Instagram and TikTok -Support story activity by posting static story assets, reposting feed content, sharing coaching offer reminders, and nudging the founder when a more personal story should be posted -Keep content organized so nothing gets lost, delayed, or duplicated unnecessarily What success looks like -Posting becomes more consistent and less dependent on the founder remembering everything himself -The founder has a clear view of what content is actually performing and why -The editor gets better direction and stronger creative briefs -Story activity becomes more regular and intentional -The content pipeline feels organized instead of reactive -The brand has a better system for testing, learning, and improving content over time
