Social Media Strategist & Content Designer Needed to Build a Premium Brand Launch

I'm looking for an experienced social media strategist and content designer to help launch my business a new educational consulting brand supporting high school students and their families as they prepare for life after graduation. This is more than creating social media posts. I'm looking for someone who can help build a recognizable brand presence that parents immediately trust and students connect with. The business supports families exploring all post-high school pathways, including: College Community College Trade School Apprenticeships Military Workforce Readiness Entrepreneurship Student-Athlete Planning Scholarships & Financial Aid Senior Year Planning Parent Guidance Students who are still undecided This is NOT a college-only brand. The overall brand should feel: Luxury Warm Trustworthy Parent-centered Student-focused Modern White-glove Consistent from the very first scroll Every post should look like it belongs to the same brand. I'm looking for someone who can create a cohesive visual system not just individual graphics. Content will be posted to both Facebook and Instagram. Project Timeline Milestone 1 — $40 July – August 24 Pre-Waitlist Brand Awareness Goals: Introduce the brand Establish a consistent visual identity Build trust with parents Educate families Generate curiosity Prepare for the waitlist launch Milestone 2 — $40 August 25 – October 11 Founding Family Waitlist Campaign Goals: Promote the Founding Family Waitlist Explain the $25 priority waitlist deposit Introduce services Answer common parent questions Build excitement leading up to launch Milestone 3 — $40 October 12 – October 31 Official Launch Goals: Announce the official launch Continue building trust Showcase services Address objections Encourage consultations and enrollment Deliverables For each phase, I'd like: Branded post designs Content calendar Post ideas Caption starters or captions Clear CTA recommendations Facebook & Instagram Story ideas Content pillars Launch messaging Waitlist messaging (where applicable) Visual direction/templates that create one consistent brand identity What I'm Looking For I’m looking for someone who understands branding first and social media second. I do not want generic AI-generated posts, captions, or visuals. AI may be used as a support tool, but the final work must feel original, human, strategic, and specifically created for The Wright Legacy Table. The content should not sound robotic, repetitive, overly polished, or like recycled template copy. I want thoughtful messaging, real brand strategy, and visuals that feel intentional not obviously AI-generated. If this first project is successful, I plan to continue working with the right person through additional Upwork contracts after the October launch for ongoing monthly content and future campaigns. Budget This is a fixed-price starter project totaling $120, divided into three $40 milestones.
