We're a fast-growing real estate team built from zero, with no inherited sphere and no shortcuts. Content here isn't a side task; it's run like a production system: real calendar, real cadence, real structure behind every post. It's working. It needs a sharper strategic mind behind it than we have bandwidth for right now. We're not hiring someone to execute a template. We're hiring someone who can look at a system that already works, tell us what we can't see from inside it, and make it perform harder. ## The Opportunity You'd step into real momentum: an established brand, a working content engine, and a market riding genuine tailwinds from a booming aerospace and government-tech employment base. What you won't get is a ceiling. This scope grows with whoever earns it. ## What You'd Own - Content strategy, not just a content calendar. Show us where growth is being left on the table. - Production across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads - Turning performance data into calls: double down, cut, or test - Trend and format scouting, ahead of the curve, not chasing it - Full-loop thinking: first impression through inbound comment through qualified lead - A defined weekly output (deliverables, review cadence, and turnaround expectations set together up front) ## What Filters You In - A real audience you've grown for a real business, with numbers to prove it - Strong opinions, defended with data, not vibes - Writing that sounds human, not algorithmic - Self-management. We're not building a babysitting relationship - Bonus: relationship-driven or high-trust industry experience (real estate, hospitality, financial services, etc.) ## What Filters You Out This isn't for you if: - You need heavy creative direction to produce good work - You've only managed content for a personal brand, not a business with a sales outcome - You're looking for a full-time seat, not a contract engagement (for now) - You can't point to a metric you moved and explain how ## Why This Role - Direct access to leadership.
