Social Media Strategist | Social Media Manager | Coach

We're hiring a social media strategist, to join our company full time and coach our clients on how to product viral Ai UGC content. We run software and a coaching program that helps online solo-preneurs monetise AI UGC content through Whop Content rewards/UGC/Brand deals. We need someone who already knows how to make AI-generated UGC, work with brands, land brand deals and actually get views, not just talk about it. We are looking for a people oriented person, that loves helping others, knows the UGC industry inside out and loves helping other succeed. This is not a theory role. If your accounts or your clients' accounts have never pulled real view counts, this isn't for you. We need someone that has a proven formula to going viral with Ai UGC content on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. What you'll do: Run our group coaching program and get clients real results Coach clients on producing AI UGC that performs (hooks, formats, posting strategy, account structure) Run and advise on clipping / content reward campaigns (Whop and similar) / get clients brand deals Teach clients how to use our software to produce this content at volume Be responsive to client questions and keep them moving Own the entire coaching arm of the business, and take 1-on-1 calls with clients as needed You're a fit if you: Have personally gotten AI UGC or UGC to go viral consistently, with numbers to show it Understand why most AI UGC dies in the algorithm and how to avoid it Know the content rewards / clipping ecosystem (Whop content rewards, payout structures, what platforms reward) Can explain your process clearly enough to coach others, not just do it yourself Are reliable, fast to respond, and comfortable in a client-facing role To apply, send: Links to accounts or clips you've grown, with analytics of the account (with account name) talking through the views you've gotten on UGC/ Ai UGC content A 1 minute loom video explaining why you'd be a great fit for this role.
