This role is not about posting content—it is about engineering influence, attention, and conversion through social ecosystems. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for building and executing content systems that drive engagement, authority, inbound demand, and ultimately sales. This includes crafting platform-native strategies, understanding algorithm behavior, and aligning content with funnel objectives. The ideal candidate has a deep, almost intuitive understanding of social media psychology, has consistently grown accounts, and knows how to convert engagement into tangible business outcomes. What You'll Do Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for our clients (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts). Design content funnels that move audiences from awareness → engagement → trust → conversion. Conduct deep research into: * Audience behavior * Competitor positioning * Content trends within niche markets (real estate, home services, etc.) Create and oversee high-performing content systems, including: * Short-form/long formvideo strategy * Authority-building content * Conversion-driven posts (CTAs, hooks, storytelling) Collaborate with Media Buyers to align organic + paid strategies for maximum impact. Analyze performance metrics: * Engagement rate * Retention * Follower growth quality (not vanity) *Conversion from content to leads/sales Continuously optimize content based on performance data and algorithm shifts. Build repeatable frameworks for scaling content across multiple client accounts. Guide or create content (scripts, hooks, captions, content angles). Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, and algorithm changes. The Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience Fluent or Native in English Demonstrated ability to turn content into measurable outcomes (leads, booked calls, revenue). Deep understanding of: * Social media algorithms * Content virality mechanics * Audience psychology and attention economics Strong experience with short-form content strategy (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). Ability to break down and reverse-engineer high-performing competitors and creators. Skilled in content ideation, scripting, and storytelling frameworks. Comfortable working across multiple niches and adapting tone/voice accordingly. Strong analytical mindset—able to interpret performance data and pivot quickly. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Comfortable operating in US time zones when needed.
