The Gig Our own social presence needs work — and we're treating it like a client account, not a side project. We need someone to strategize, create, and engage, and actually make our agency look as sharp online as we are in the work. What You'll Do -Build and run a social strategy based on briefs we give you (brand awareness, engagement, presence) -Turn limited, rough raw photos/video into real content — no templates, no stock-photo shortcuts -Handle day-to-day engagement — comments, DMs, community stuff -Keep our presence feeling like it's run by industry insiders, not outsiders Who You Are -You actually know the ad industry — Cannes Lions, Adweek, AdAge, MediaPost aren't just names you've heard. -You can tell the difference between agencies that get it and ones that don't (you've seen the TikToks) -You're a content creator at heart — good with editing, mobile video, design — and can make raw, imperfect footage look good. -You think in strategy, not just content calendars. -You've got examples of content that actually performed, not just looked nice.
