Social Media Strategist and Manager

We're looking for an experienced Content Growth Strategist to help build authority, audience, and long-term discoverability for a personal brand with an upcoming book launch, as well as support several client brands using a similar methodology. This is not a traditional social media management role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands YouTube growth, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content repurposing, and thought leadership development. We want someone who knows how to create content that answers real questions people are searching for, not someone chasing trends or trying to manufacture viral moments. Our goal is sustainable audience growth, subscriber growth, authority building, and discoverability across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. We currently have: 2,500+ YouTube subscribers Daily live content being recorded and archived A substantial content library ready for repurposing An upcoming book launch Multiple client accounts that may eventually follow a similar content strategy We're already creating content consistently. What we need is someone who can help us turn that content into a strategic growth engine. What You'll Be Responsible For Content Strategy Develop content plans based on SEO and AEO opportunities Identify questions our audience is actively searching for Recommend video topics, post topics, and content themes Build content around authority, trust, and discoverability Help position our brand for both search engines and answer engines Content Creation Create LinkedIn posts Create YouTube descriptions, titles, metadata, and publishing strategies Create static social content and graphics Write scripts, outlines, talking points, and content prompts Recommend content angles based on audience interests and search demand Content Repurposing Review long-form content and identify strong clips Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate production Turn live streams, interviews, and long-form content into: Shorts Reels LinkedIn content Quote graphics Carousels Community posts Publishing & Optimization Schedule and publish content Optimize content for reach and discoverability Monitor performance and recommend improvements Continuously refine based on audience response and platform data What We're Looking For You have: - Proven experience growing a YouTube channel - Strong understanding of YouTube SEO - Strong understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) - Experience building thought leadership brands - Strong writing skills - Experience using AI tools responsibly to increase output and efficiency - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently and bring ideas to the table Bonus if you have experience with: LinkedIn growth Book launches Personal brands Podcast content Service-based businesses B2B audiences Important Please do not apply if your primary experience is scheduling social media posts.
