Social Media Strategist for Fashion Brand

We are an Australian women's fashion brand selling direct to consumer online. Our aesthetic is minimal, considered, and influenced by European slow fashion. We launched two years ago and have grown to 22,000 followers organically but growth has stalled and we feel like our content has become repetitive. We know what we like visually but we don't have a clear content strategy behind it. We post product shots, occasional behind the scenes, and some lifestyle content but nothing feels intentional or connected to a bigger narrative. What we are looking for: A strategist who understands the premium women's fashion space and knows how to build a content system that feels editorial and aspirational while still driving traffic to our Shopify store. We want our Instagram to feel like a magazine you want to live inside, not a catalogue. Responsibilities include monthly content strategy, content calendar, creative direction for shoot days, caption writing, Reels concepts, hashtag strategy, and monthly performance reporting. We work with a photographer and videographer in house so we have strong assets. What we are missing is the strategic thinking behind how to use them.
