Social Media Platform Strategy RedStageLive is building a national performing arts platform. We are looking for an experienced social media strategist to help design, implement, and optimize our social media ecosystem from initial account creation through campaign analytics and performance optimization. This engagement may begin with one workstream and expand into additional phases as the platform launches. Potential Workstreams Phase 1 — Platform & Account Architecture • Establish business accounts across required social media platforms • Configure branding, permissions, security, and account governance • Recommend account hierarchy (corporate, market, artist, venue, etc.) • Configure Meta Business Suite and equivalent management platforms • Coordinate with our technology team regarding API access and automation requirements Phase 2 — Platform Integration & Automation • Work with our development team to automate publishing • Coordinate API integrations • Assist with scheduling architecture • Validate automated publishing workflows • Recommend operational best practices Phase 3 — Content Strategy Help define how content is created and managed across multiple content sources. Including: • AI-generated marketing content • AI prompt engineering • Organic social content • Data-library generated content • Platform announcements • Campaign messaging • Brand voice and content standards Phase 4 — Market Activation Strategy Assist with developing launch and growth strategies including: • Market penetration • Audience growth • Platform-specific strategies • Organic reach optimization • Community building • Multi-market rollout planning Phase 5 — Performance Analytics Develop a framework for measuring campaign effectiveness including: • Engagement metrics • Reach • Audience growth • Platform analytics • Content effectiveness • Campaign optimization • Reporting dashboards • Recommendations for continuous improvement Ideal Experience We're looking for someone who understands both strategy and execution. This is not simply a content posting role. Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable: • Facebook • Instagram • Threads • TikTok • YouTube • X • LinkedIn • Meta Business Suite • Social media automation platforms • AI-assisted content creation • Analytics and campaign optimization Engagement This project will likely be completed in phases. Initial engagement may focus on a single workstream such as account architecture or content strategy. Additional phases will be awarded as the platform progresses.
