We're entering our next phase of growth and we're hiring one person to own three connected functions end-to-end. ๐ŸŽฏ The Role This is a true 3-in-1, full-time role: Social Media Manager + UGC Creator/Manager + Paid & Gifted Collaboration Manager. You will be: ๐Ÿ‘‰ The voice and feed of our brand across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ๐Ÿ‘‰ The creator who films and edits UGC (your own face on camera + sourcing externals) ๐Ÿ‘‰ The dealmaker who runs paid collaborations + gifted collaborations on TikTok and Instagram We're looking for someone who can wear all three hats with confidence. If you've done all three at some level and want a place to scale them under one brand, keep reading. ๐Ÿ“‹ What You'll Own (3 pillars) ๐Ÿ“ฑ Pillar 1 ยท Social Media Management - Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (4 markets: AU, NZ, US, UK) - Create visually cohesive feeds aligned with our boho / cottagecore / warm-earthy palette - Write captions, hooks, and on-brand copy - Schedule + post daily content (Reels, Stories, Carousels, TikToks) - Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, mentions, customer service triage - Track and report on growth, engagement, and content performance weekly ๐ŸŽฅ Pillar 2 ยท UGC Creation + Sourcing - Film and edit your own UGC content (yes, on-camera + behind-the-scenes) - Produce hook-driven, ad-ready UGC for our paid media team - Source external UGC creators (target: women 40+, lifestyle / home decor / cottagecore aesthetic) - Manage the full creator pipeline: outreach โ†’ briefing โ†’ shipping โ†’ content delivery โ†’ approval โ†’ payment - Build a steady inflow of authentic UGC videos + B-roll for our ad team ๐Ÿค Pillar 3 ยท Paid & Gifted Collaborations - Run paid collaborations on TikTok and Instagram (cold outreach, negotiations, briefing, deliverables tracking, payment) - Manage gifted-product seeding campaigns (find aligned creators, ship product, follow up for content) - Maintain a CRM or tracker of every collab (status, deliverables, content received, performance) - Negotiate rates that respect both creator value and our margins - Build long-term relationships with creators who repeatedly deliver wins - Report on collab performance (engagement, content output, conversions where trackable) โœ… Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years managing social media for a DTC e-commerce brand - Hands-on UGC creation experience (you film, you edit, you appear on camera, you ship) - Proven track record running paid influencer / creator collaborations with measurable outcomes - Experience managing gifted / seeding campaigns end-to-end - Strong visual eye, you instantly know what's on-brand and what's not - Excellent written English (American or Australian tone) - Confident with CapCut + Canva + basic editing tools - Comfortable with scheduling tools (Later, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.) - Self-starter who can run with minimal supervision and report up clearly ๐ŸŒŸ Bonus Points If You Have - Existing roster of UGC creators / influencers you can tap day one - Experience with home / lifestyle / decor brands - TikTok organic growth wins on the brand side (not just personal account) - Familiarity with Klaviyo, email/SMS, or basic paid media metrics - Worked with international brands across AU / US / UK / NZ markets - Experience negotiating creator contracts and content usage rights ๐Ÿ’› What We Offer - Long-term stable, full-time role with a growing brand - Direct collaboration with our Creative Strategist team + Founder - Clear KPIs, clear expectations, no micromanagement - Path to grow into Head of Social or Head of Creator Partnerships as we scale - Access to ongoing training programs and internal SOPs ๐Ÿ“ฉ How to Apply Please answer the following 5 questions in your proposal. Walk us through one paid influencer collaboration you ran from cold outreach to content delivery. Include: how you found them, the rate, the brief, the result. 4. Walk us through one gifted / seeding campaign you ran. Include: how you selected creators, what you sent, what content came back. 5. How would you approach an Instagram aesthetic for a 40+ female boho-loving audience? Give 3 specific content ideas + an example caption in our brand voice.
