Budget and Initial Scope Our budget is $1,000 for the initial paid pilot project. The pilot is intended to establish a consistent social media style, evaluate the creator’s editing and storytelling abilities, and develop a repeatable workflow for ongoing content. The anticipated pilot deliverables are: • Four professionally edited vertical videos suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels • Four written captions with calls to action and suggested hashtags • Four branded video cover images • Three reusable Canva static-post templates • One simple social media content style guide covering fonts, colors, captions, logo placement, and calls to action • Two rounds of revisions The selected creator will receive an organized batch of raw jobsite footage and basic technical context. The creator will be expected to identify the strongest moments, recommend hooks, and turn the footage into clear and engaging content. Ongoing Opportunity If the pilot is successful, our anticipated ongoing budget is approximately $1,000 per month. Our initial monthly target is: • Six short-form vertical videos • Six corresponding captions and cover images • Four static Canva posts • A simple monthly posting calendar • Recommendations regarding footage we should capture for future content The monthly scope may be adjusted based on content performance, footage availability, quality of work, and the time required for each deliverable. Long-form YouTube videos, filming, social media posting, community management, paid advertising, and advanced analytics are not included in the initial scope and may be priced separately.
