We're a marketing agency looking for an experienced Social Media Video Editor to support a variety of client accounts across industries, including manufacturing, technology, higher education, construction, logistics, and more. We're looking for someone who can take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging social content that feels native to each platform. While we'll provide creative direction and strategy, we're looking for an editor who understands pacing, storytelling, and the editing techniques that keep viewers watching. Responsibilities Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Create engaging clips from interviews, webinars, podcasts, testimonials, events, and brand content Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll, and other visual elements as needed Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets Deliver platform-optimized video formats and specifications Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently Requirements Proven experience editing social media content Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention Experience creating captioned and motion graphic-enhanced videos Ability to adapt editing styles across different brands and industries Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively Preferred Qualifications Experience editing content for agencies or multiple clients Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software Familiarity with LinkedIn content and B2B audiences To Apply Please include: 3-5 examples of social media videos you've edited A brief description of your role in each project Your preferred editing software Your typical turnaround time for a 30-60 second social video Bonus: Tell us what you think separates a strong social media edit from an average one.
