Social Media Video Editor Needed - Science & Medical Content

NB: PLEASE INCLUDE LINK TO A VIDEO OR EXAMPLES OF YOUR VIDEOS. I'm a Doctor creating short-form educational health content (plus the occasional science rap 🎤 - yes, really: youtu.be/eTiECdNstnY) and need an experienced editor for ongoing work. Check out my IG - Doctor__Nat 🎬 THE ROLE • Edit vertical videos (30-90 sec, 9:16) from raw talking-head footage • Adding 1-3 B-roll inserts ( journal article in backdrop/backshot, or royalty-free footage: sources provided or editor to source) and journal article snapshot overlays timed to references in the script. I will supply article screenshots. B-roll should feel natural and warm, not generic stock footage. • Burning in captions/subtitles (accurate, clean font - arising as it's said, placed correct height and not affecting the video or behind my name or the video description). • Cutting Stories versions from each main video • Posting and scheduling to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok via Business/Creator access (I will NOT be sharing passwords - need to be comfortable working through Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center). 📋 STYLE Calm, trustworthy, clean. Editing supports the message - no gimmicky effects. Health/wellness or talking-head experience a big plus. ✅ YOU SHOULD HAVE • Strong short-form vertical editing portfolio (please share examples) • Experience with health/education content • Confidence with Meta Business Suite + TikTok Business Center • 48hr turnaround and reliable communication 📦 SCOPE Ongoing work.
