We recruit, vet, brief and scale high-follower creators, run their content as partnership ads, and compound the winners. The goal is to flood our clients' funnels with new visitors and reopen their scaling ceiling. Remote-first, fast-moving, built from zero. Video Editor Reports to: Creative Strategist Type / location: Full-time or contract · Remote · [confirm] Comp: [band TBC] Mission Turn raw creator footage into launch-ready, on-brief paid-social ads at volume and speed. What you'll own - Batch-editing short-form vertical (9:16) ads for Meta / Instagram / TikTok. - Cutting multiple hook and variation versions from each asset. - Captions, pacing, sound design and light motion graphics. - Working from the strategist's briefs and scripts, and hitting batch volume and turnaround. - Self-QA against brand and platform specs before handoff. Must-haves - 2+ years editing short-form, UGC or direct-response ads. - Fluent in Premiere Pro, CapCut and/or After Effects (or equivalents). - Fast, high-volume and reliable; consistent turnaround. - Understands hooks, retention and pacing for paid social. Nice-to-have - Motion-graphics ability. - A reel of high-performing paid ads. - Comfortable in a tight feedback loop.
