Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Virtual Assistant to help manage the day-to-day social media activities for two business brands and one personal brand. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 4 hours per day. The ideal candidate is not just a content scheduler. We are looking for someone who understands how to build relationships, create conversations, increase engagement, and generate business opportunities through social media. Facebook group engagement and lead generation experience is strongly preferred and will be a major component of this role. Responsibilities: • Publish and schedule content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms (content will be provided) • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly • Actively engage with relevant Facebook groups, business communities, and industry conversations • Build relationships through thoughtful commenting and outreach • Identify opportunities to connect with potential customers, members, and referral partners and convert them into leads. • Support growth of our audiences through consistent engagement activities • Track engagement activity and report results • Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all accounts Ideal Qualifications: • Previous experience managing social media for small businesses, entrepreneurs, or personal brands • Strong understanding of Facebook, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, and Instagram • Experience using social media as a lead generation and relationship-building tool • Excellent written English and communication skills • Highly organized, proactive, and responsive • Comfortable following documented processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement • Comfortable with active communication from me Please provide: • A brief summary of your social media experience • Examples of accounts you have managed • Specific examples of how you have generated leads through Facebook groups, commenting, outreach, or community engagement • Your hourly rate and availability
