Social Media + Website Publishing (Execution) — Personal Brand, Content & Tools Provided

We run the personal brand Dr Shivam Sood / Freedom Rising (personal finance & productivity). We are looking for a reliable partner to EXECUTE our organic social media and website publishing — not strategy or content creation. We already produce our own content, thumbnails, caption-generation prompts, creatives, and platform-by-platform SOPs/play-sheets, and we run our own tools (Metricool, Google Drive, Google Gemini). You work inside our accounts and simply execute against our SOPs. MONTHLY SCOPE - Publish 1-2 short posts/day via Metricool (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook), using our caption prompts - Post 1-2 long videos/week manually on YouTube + Facebook - Daily community engagement (comments, DMs) per our play-sheets - Publish blogs & newsletters and maintain website video pages (content provided) - Place 3-8 blog + 3-8 services creatives per month (assets provided) WHAT WE VALUE MOST - RELIABILITY & CONTINUITY We want continuity with NO single point of failure. Ideally a small team or a pair, with a NAMED primary person + a NAMED backup, so posting never stops during leave or illness. IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE 1. Your FIXED MONTHLY rate quoted in INR for this exact scope 2. How you guarantee backup coverage (named backup) when your primary is unavailable 3. Your earliest start date and confirmation of a month-to-month arrangement 4. Two examples of accounts you have run day-to-day (execution, not just design) Note: we have intentionally not set an hourly rate — please quote your fixed monthly INR figure. Content, creatives and tools are all provided by us; we need reliable execution.
