Role: Operations VA running the Vintage Card Co social posting flow end-to-end, with light project management overflow. Hours: 8-10 per week to start, room to scale. Core workflow they own: Spreadsheet ? The Brief ? Buffer ? group repost Pull the week's content from the master spreadsheet (links, copy, image references, UTM tags). Build the post visuals in The Brief using our existing templates. www.thebrief.ai Schedule the post in Buffer for the Vintage Card Co Facebook page. buffer.com Once the page post goes live each morning, manually repost into 75+ sports and Pokemon Facebook groups every day Log engagement and group response in the tracker sheet. Secondary responsibilities: Light project management: chasing outstanding items across the team, keeping the master task list current, sending a Friday status recap. Reddit account management in card subreddits, posting variants we provide. Source images and links from approved feeds for upcoming posts. Generate UTM-tagged short links via spreadsheet for every scheduled post. Overflow (as time allows): Light research: competitor campaign sweeps, article sourcing. Required: Native or near-native English. Buffer or similar scheduler experience. The Brief or similar template tool, or willingness to learn it fast. Google Sheets at intermediate or higher level. Knows Facebook group culture (cadence, anti-spam, what gets you booted). Detail-oriented, takes async direction well. Nice to have: Trading card or collectibles familiarity.
