SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR - B2B MINING, AUTOMOTIVE & INDUSTRIAL Full-time long-term contractor | 12:00pm-9:00pm Sydney time This is not a consumer lifestyle social-media role. We need a disciplined B2B content coordinator who has already created social content for mining, automotive or industrial businesses serving Australia, New Zealand or North America. ABOUT THE ROLE Brighta services a portfolio of technical industrial businesses. The Social Media Coordinator will own the day-to-day organic social-media workflow for the entities managed by Brighta Group. You will draft posts, coordinate graphics with the Design team, manage approvals, schedule content through HubSpot and report on performance so engagement improves over time. You will work closely with the Head of Brand & Content, Client Marketing Leads, designers, copy and field-content resources. Paid advertising is managed separately by digital agencies. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Draft compelling B2B social-media copy for multiple entities using approved plans, technical source material, interviews, field content, case studies and campaign briefs. - Turn complex mining, automotive and industrial information into clear, credible posts for decision-makers, customers and technical audiences. - Maintain a master social calendar with at least four weeks of forward visibility. - Coordinate graphics, carousels and video assets with the internal Design and Brand & Content teams. - Manage approvals and chase missing inputs before they affect deadlines. - Schedule and publish approved posts through HubSpot across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. - Repurpose case studies, videos, events, technical articles and sales collateral into platform-appropriate content. - Monitor comments and messages and route enquiries or risks to the correct internal owner. - Produce monthly reporting using HubSpot and native platform data, including engagement, reach, clicks, follower growth and top-performing content. - Recommend practical changes to messaging, format, cadence and content themes based on the data. NON-NEGOTIABLE EXPERIENCE - At least three years of hands-on B2B social-media coordination, including writing, calendars, approvals, publishing and reporting. - A demonstrable track record with mining, automotive or industrial clients serving Australia, New Zealand or North America. - Strong examples of LinkedIn content written for technical or commercial B2B audiences. Applications without relevant examples will not be considered. - Excellent written English. You must be able to write naturally for Australian and North American business audiences. - Hands-on experience scheduling and reporting through HubSpot Social. Strong comparable platform experience may be considered, but HubSpot experience is highly preferred. - Experience coordinating designers and managing multiple brands or client accounts at the same time. - Comfort using performance data to improve content rather than reporting vanity metrics only. - Strong Asana or comparable project-management discipline. LOCATION AND WORKING HOURS - You must be available to work Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 9:00pm Sydney time. - You must have reliable high-speed internet, a professional home-office setup and dependable power backup. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Every active entity has a current four-week social calendar. - At least 95% of approved posts are published on schedule through HubSpot. - Copy is accurate, on-brand and appropriate for technical B2B audiences. - Design requirements and approvals are coordinated without last-minute chaos. - Monthly reporting contains clear recommendations and engagement improves against the initial baseline. - Client Marketing Leads and the Brand & Content team trust the accuracy and reliability of the social workflow.
