Social + Motion Designer for Branded Content (Long-Term)

We're a creative studio looking for a talented designer to join us on an ongoing basis. We produce branded content regularly and need a reliable partner who can deliver clean, on-brand work consistently. **Important:** We already have a clear design direction and our branding is fully in place — guidelines, visual language, the whole system. We're not looking for someone to reinvent our look. We need a strong executor: someone who gets our style, lives and breathes it, and can take it and run. Your job is to bring our existing direction to life, fast and consistently. You'll be working on two main areas: 1. **Social media post design** — feed posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives that are polished, on-brand, and ready to publish. (Figma is a plus, but any pro design tool works.) 2. **Motion graphics** — short animated posts, animated logos, kinetic typography, and simple explainer-style animations for social. This starts as ongoing work with a steady flow of tasks. ## What we need - Design social posts and templates, working from brand guidelines - Create motion graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms - Adapt designs across formats (feed, story, reel, ad) - Turn rough briefs into finished, publish-ready assets - Iterate quickly based on feedback ## What we are looking for - Strong portfolio showing **both** social media post design **and** motion graphics - Solid command of a professional design tool (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar — Figma is a plus) - Motion skills in After Effects (or equivalent — Rive, Lottie, etc.) - Good visual taste and attention to detail - Reliable communication and ability to hit deadlines - Able to handle a steady, ongoing workload ## Nice to have - Someone who lives and breathes digital — always plugged into social platforms, trends, and what's working right now - Experience with short-form video editing - Familiarity with social trends and platform best practices - Ability to work within and extend existing brand systems ## Budget Flexible and depends on the task — we work hourly, fixed-price per project, or monthly retainer.
