Community, Engagement, Reddit, Social Media Manager — Beauty & Wellness Business Space

We are a SaaS platform helping med spas, salons, aesthetic clinics, and wellness businesses run and grow their operations. Our audience is made up of the people behind these businesses: owners, operators, managers, consultants, and educators. We are looking for a hands-on Community & Social Media Manager to help us earn attention, build trusted relationships, and turn community insights into stronger demand generation. What You’ll Do → Manage our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and relevant online communities. → Create, schedule, and publish social content, including posts, carousels, short videos, and Reels. (we'll provide branded templates you can use as foundation when needed) → Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and relevant conversations. → Participate in Facebook Groups, Reddit communities, LinkedIn discussions, and other spaces where beauty and wellness business owners are active. → Build authentic relationships with owners, consultants, educators, partners, and potential brand advocates. → Engage in a helpful, non-promotional way while representing the brand professionally. → Identify recurring customer questions, pain points, objections, trends, and content opportunities from community conversations. → Partner with marketing to support campaigns, product launches, customer stories, and seasonal moments. → Share community insights with marketing, sales, and product teams. → Track engagement, reach, audience growth, referral traffic, and signals that content is helping create awareness and demand. What We’re Looking For → 2–4 years of experience in social media, community management, content marketing, or influencer/community work. → Strong writing and communication skills in English. → Experience managing social channels and actively engaging in online communities—not only scheduling content. → Comfortable creating simple visual content and short videos using Canva and/or basic editing tools such as CapCut if needed → Good judgment when engaging publicly in comments, DMs, groups, and community conversations. → Experience with SaaS, B2B, SMB software, local-service businesses, beauty, wellness, med spas, salons, or aesthetics is a plus.
