Job title: AI-Native Organic Social Media Creator for Telehealth / Healthcare Brand Description: We are looking for an AI-native social media content creator/designer to help build organic social content for a telehealth / medical weight-management brand. This is a new brand in a crowded telehealth / medical weight-management category. Because the space is competitive, building a credible organic social presence is important from the beginning. We need content that helps the brand feel trustworthy, useful, and differentiated over time, not just a feed of generic health tips or sales posts. This is not a paid ads role. We are not looking for hard-sell acquisition hooks, discount-style creative, before-and-after content, or generic wellness quote graphics. We need organic social content that feels native to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The brand voice is calm, clinical, precise, and patient-friendly. Content should help people understand common questions around online care, provider review, support, refills, lifestyle situations, and treatment-related questions without making unsupported medical claims. AI ability is mandatory. You should be comfortable using AI tools for image generation, video generation, editing, creative variations, and production acceleration. We still need strong taste and judgment: AI should make the work better and faster, not generic. Where we are starting: - We have a new telehealth / medical weight-management brand that needs to build organic social credibility - We have looked at several competitor/reference accounts in the space - We have a general brand direction: calm, clinical, precise, patient-friendly, and trustworthy - We need someone who can turn that into a practical organic social strategy and actual content Reference accounts / category examples: To understand the category, please look at public social content from brands such as Refills Health, Join Fridays, AgelessRx, and LifeRx.md. We are not looking to copy these brands directly. The goal is to understand what works in this space: - Refills Health: clean Instagram packaging, simple GLP-1 content, polished profile presence - Join Fridays: community, support groups, dietitians, fitness, and medical weight-management content beyond just medication - AgelessRx: science-backed / longevity-oriented educational content - LifeRx.md: clear telehealth positioning across GLP-1, hair, sexual health, licensed providers, and pharmacy-related trust signals What we need: - Organic social strategy and content pillars - A monthly organic social content plan - Static post concepts and designs - Carousel concepts and designs - Short-form video/Reel/TikTok concepts, storyboards, and/or edited assets - AI-generated or AI-assisted visual concepts - Captions and post copy - A simple content calendar - Source files in Canva, Figma, Adobe, CapCut, or another editable format Content may include: - Ask a clinician style Q&A - Patient education - Real-life lifestyle moments such as travel, eating out, routines, hydration, side-effect questions, and refills - Trust proof and provider review - Support and care-team visibility - Community questions / comment-to-content - Compounded medication clarity, written carefully and compliantly Important creative requirements: - Must feel like organic social, not an instruction manual - Must be visually polished and platform-native - Must avoid exaggerated claims, guaranteed outcomes, miracle language, shame-based weight-loss content, fake testimonials, and before-and-after imagery - Must understand that healthcare copy needs to be careful and reviewable - Must know how to use AI-generated visuals without making the brand look fake, generic, or non-compliant - Should be able to make content feel human without making it casual in a way that hurts trust Ideal experience: - AI image/video generation and editing - Organic Instagram / TikTok content creation - Healthcare, wellness, telehealth, longevity, medical aesthetics, or regulated-category experience - Strong visual taste - Short-form video understanding - Ability to turn strategy into actual posts - Comfortable working from brand direction and revising based on feedback What to include in your proposal: Please include the following when you apply: - 3-5 examples of organic social content you have created - Examples where you used AI tools for images, video, editing, or production - Any healthcare, wellness, telehealth, or regulated-category examples - Which AI tools you use and how you use them - Which design/video tools you use - A short note explaining how you would make this type of brand feel trustworthy without making the content boring - Which of the reference accounts above you think has the strongest organic social presence and why First paid test project: If we think there is a potential fit, we will start with a paid test project. The test project will include: 1. Review the brand direction and reference accounts 2. Propose the core organic content pillars you would use 3. Propose 10 post ideas across those pillars 4. Create 3 finished sample posts: - 1 static post - 1 carousel concept with 4-5 slides - 1 short-form video/Reel storyboard or rough edit 5. Use AI tools where helpful for images, video, editing, or creative variations 6. Include captions and explain why each post fits organic social rather than paid advertising If the test project is strong, this can become ongoing monthly work. Proposals that only describe generic social media management, posting schedules, or paid ad experience without showing organic creative judgment and AI production ability will not be a fit.
