Social Media Manager + Meta Ads Specialist (Part-Time) We are Paintbox, a busy auto body and collision repair shop in the United States, looking for a reliable Social Media Manager with Meta Ads experience. Our previous manager is no longer available, and we need someone to take over and grow our Instagram and Facebook presence, while also running Facebook/Instagram (Meta) ads to generate local leads. Responsibilities: * Manage Instagram & Facebook pages * Create and post content (photos, reels, before/after work) * Run and optimize Meta Ads (lead generation for auto body services) * Help increase local customer inquiries and bookings * Provide basic performance updates Bonus: * Experience with Google Ads (future opportunity) * Experience in local service businesses or automotive industry Details: * Part-time to start * Flexible schedule * Long-term role with potential to grow into full-time * Pay increases based on performance and lead results We are looking for someone consistent, proactive, and focused on real lead generation—not just engagement.
