Social Media Manager (Instagram) — Bilingual FR/EN | Personal Brand + Online Program I'm looking for a creative and autonomous Social Media Manager to handle Instagram for two brands I run: Ninanomad — my personal brand around digital nomadism, CWA (Creator Women Academy) — my UGC training program for women who want to become content creators and work with brands. Both brands are in French and English. The content is raw, real, and direct no corporate vibes, no polished BS. What you'll actually do Write captions and post copy for both accounts (Reels, carousels, stories) Build and maintain a content calendar (at least 2 weeks ahead) Brainstorm content ideas that actually convert , not just pretty aesthetics Repurpose existing content (podcast clips, DMs, behind-the-scenes moments) into Instagram posts Basic Reels editing or short-form video editing is a big plus Track performance (reach, saves, shares, DMs) and suggest what to double down on (i have an editor so for the first month its fine) What I need from you Fluent in French AND English, you switch between both naturally depending on the post You understand personal branding: you know how to write in someone's voice, not yours You're proactive — you don't wait for me to tell you what to post, you come with ideas
