Social media manager

We’re a digital marketing agency that works with real estate agents from Huttons, ERA, and PropNex. Backed by over 10 years of digital marketing experience and 2 years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry, our team of 15 across Singapore and Indonesia specializes in strategy, creative production, paid advertising, and lead nurturing systems. We’re now building our founder’s personal brand to attract real estate agencies through organic content, and we’re looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to take ownership of this initiative. About the Role This is not a “post and forget” position. We’re looking for someone who can take raw footage from our founder, transform it into engaging short-form content, publish consistently across multiple platforms, and continuously optimize for growth based on performance. Responsibilities * Edit raw video footage into high-performing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. * Create engaging videos with strong hooks, captions, pacing, transitions, and platform-native editing styles. * Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar. * Publish content daily across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (7 days per week). * Monitor trends, test new content formats, optimize posting times, and identify opportunities to increase organic reach and engagement. * Respond to comments and direct messages where appropriate to encourage engagement and nurture potential leads. * Track weekly performance metrics, including views, engagement, follower growth, and top-performing content, and provide recommendations based on the data. Requirements * Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts organically. * Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video editing. * Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software. * Solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a consistent daily posting schedule. * Strong organizational and time management skills. Nice to Have * Experience in real estate marketing. * Experience growing founder or personal brands. * Experience working with agencies or B2B service businesses. * Basic copywriting skills for captions and video hooks. What Success Looks Like * Daily content published consistently across all three platforms. * Steady month-over-month growth in followers, reach, engagement, and overall account performance. * High-quality content that strengthens the founder’s personal brand. * Organic content that generates inbound inquiries and qualified leads for the agency.
