Social media manager

I need an experienced and successful social Media manger/management to run my Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok pages. My main social media following is on Instagram so that is my priority and what I revolve my other content creation around. I am a spiritual teacher who wants to return to focusing on my YouTube channel and need a dedicated and experienced social media manager to grow my accounts. (My main interest in hiring a social media manager is to grow my accounts). I’m looking for original content created in all formats reels, memes, carousels with an emphasis on aesthetic. Since achieving my brands aesthetic is vital I have shared links to examples of similar aesthetics and content I would like made below. I also know how important it is to be up to date on all of the Instagram algorithm changes as well as updates, dos and donts. So the right candidate would need to be keeping up to date with all of the latest business and creator account updates.
