Responsibilities Respond to Instagram DMs from potential clients, answering questions and moving leads toward a sale or booking Engage with other relevant Instagram/social pages (likes, comments, follows, story replies) to boost visibility and generate new leads Review the page's follower list and remove spam, bot, or inactive/irrelevant profiles Qualifications Comfortable using Instagram (DMs, comments, following/blocking) Clear, friendly written communication Trustworthy with account access and discretion with client conversations Reliable and able to commit to 1–2 sessions weekly Prior social media, customer service, or marketing experience a plus
