Social Media Outreach Manager – Spanish Speaking We are looking for a proactive, Spanish-speaking Social Media Outreach Manager to help us grow our network by identifying and connecting with potential hosts and property owners through social media and online communities. Responsibilities * Find potential property owners and hosts through Facebook groups, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online communities. * Initiate conversations and introduce them to our platform in a natural, professional way. * Build relationships with potential hosts and generate qualified leads. * Follow up consistently with interested prospects. * Track conversations, leads, and outreach activity. * Identify new groups, communities, and creative ways to reach property owners. * Represent the company professionally and communicate fluently in Spanish. Requirements * Native or highly fluent Spanish. * Strong written communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with social media outreach, lead generation, sales, or community engagement. * Comfortable initiating conversations with people you don’t know. * Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-ups. * Experience with Facebook groups, Instagram, WhatsApp, or similar platforms. * Real estate, Airbnb, property management, or hospitality experience is a plus.
