Softr / Airtable / Make Expert Needed for SocialTrust360 Platform Support & Growth

We are looking for an experienced Softr, Airtable, and Make automation expert to provide ongoing support for SocialTrust360 (https://socialtrust360.com), a new AI-powered platform currently in the early stages of launch. SocialTrust360 is designed to help businesses strengthen their online presence, reputation, customer engagement, and digital trust through a subscription-based model. The platform leverages AI-supported workflows to help users improve visibility, manage reputation-related tasks, streamline customer-facing processes, and continuously enhance their digital trust strategy. The goal is to continue improving the platform, optimize the user experience, strengthen backend workflows, and support growth as we increase our customer base. Platform Overview SocialTrust360 is built primarily using: * Softr for the front-end web application and customer portal * Airtable for the backend database and operational workflows * Make for automation and integrations * Stripe for subscription payments * ConvertAPI for document/PDF generation and related workflows * Additional third-party tools as needed We are looking for someone who is highly familiar with these tools and can help manage, improve, troubleshoot, and scale the platform as we move from launch into customer acquisition. Scope of Work The ideal freelancer will assist with: * Ongoing Softr site management and improvements * Airtable database optimization and cleanup * Make automation development, troubleshooting, and enhancement * Stripe subscription workflow support * Customer onboarding workflow improvements * User portal enhancements * AI-supported workflow improvements * ConvertAPI integration support * Platform testing and quality assurance * Bug fixes and performance improvements * Recommendations to improve scalability, usability, and customer experience * Support with launching new features as the platform grows Chatbot Development We are also interested in adding a chatbot to the platform. This may include: * A customer support chatbot * An onboarding assistant * A chatbot that helps users navigate platform features * Potential AI-powered responses based on platform content, FAQs, or user inputs Experience building chatbots or integrating AI tools into Softr-based platforms would be very helpful. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: * Strong experience with Softr * Strong experience with Airtable * Strong experience with Make * Familiarity with Stripe subscription models * Experience working with API integrations * Experience with automation workflows * Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing systems * Good understanding of user experience and customer portals * Ability to recommend better ways to structure and scale the platform * Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or workflow automation is a plus * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Project Type This is intended to be an ongoing support role, not just a one-time build. We are looking for someone who can support continuous platform improvement as we launch, onboard users, and grow the customer base. Current Stage The site is currently in the initial launch stage. The core platform has been built, but we need expert support to refine, manage, improve, and scale the system. What We Need From You Please include the following in your response: 1.
