We are hiring across the following levels: AI Software Development Engineer (Junior) – SDE1 Experience: 1–2 Years Key Skills: Python, FastAPI React, Tailwind CSS REST APIs Git, Docker Prompt Engineering Embeddings & Vector Databases (Chroma, Pinecone) AI Application Fundamentals Ideal For: Early-career engineers with strong programming fundamentals and a passion for learning AI and modern software development. AI Software Development Engineer – SDE2 (Mid-Level) Experience: 2–4 Years Key Skills: Python, FastAPI React, Next.js/Remix, Tailwind CSS LLM Integrations Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Hybrid Search & Re-ranking Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform CI/CD, OAuth2 Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry Ideal For: Engineers who can independently develop production-ready AI applications and contribute to scalable AI workflows. AI Software Development Engineer – SDE3 (Senior) Experience: 4–6 Years Key Skills: System Design & Microservices Python, FastAPI React, Next.js/Remix Advanced RAG Architectures LLM Engineering & AI Evaluation Frameworks Data Pipelines & Data Quality Kubernetes, Terraform, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Security, Observability & Technical Leadership Ideal For: Senior engineers capable of designing scalable AI systems, driving architecture decisions, and mentoring engineering teams.
