Software QA Engineer

We are a small but fast-growing SaaS startup looking for a reliable QA Engineer to help us maintain product quality across our web and mobile applications. Our dev team moves fast and we need someone who can keep up — catching bugs before they reach production, writing clear and organized test cases, and communicating issues effectively. This is an ongoing engagement focused on manual testing work, with potential to grow into more. If you're just looking for a one-off gig, this isn't for you. Responsibilities will include: Functional and regression testing of new features across web and mobile Writing and maintaining test cases in tools like TestRail, Qase.io, or similar Bug reporting and ticket management in JIRA Cross-browser and cross-device testing Collaborating with developers to clarify requirements What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools Selenium or Playwright automation experience is a plus but not required API testing experience is a bonus We want someone who takes ownership and doesn't need hand-holding.
