About Pest AI Pest AI is a rapidly growing SaaS platform designed specifically for pest control companies. We've built an innovative business management system that streamlines operations, automates workflows, and helps pest control professionals scale without adding overhead. We're looking for a proven Implementation Specialist who can onboard our clients and drive adoption from day one. The Role You'll be responsible for: Client Onboarding (7-day process per client) • Conduct structured implementation and setup • Deliver comprehensive software training • Configure workflows and automation for each client's specific needs • Ensure all systems are properly tested and ready for launch Account Management (First 12 Months) • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor adoption and engagement • Provide ongoing support and guidance • Address setup issues and client requests • Drive adoption during the critical first 90 days • Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction Workflow & Automation Development • Design and implement custom workflows for client needs • Build automation solutions that solve real business problems • Create integrations between systems where needed • Document processes for future reference Continuous Improvement • Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process • Propose and implement improvements • Share feedback with the product team • Help scale the implementation function as we grow What We're Looking For Required Experience: ✓ Proven SaaS implementation experience (at least 2+ years) ✓ Workflow automation skills (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms) - this is non-negotiable ✓ Ability to hit the ground running on day one - no extensive learning curve ✓ Strong client communication and training skills ✓ Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail ✓ Remote work experience and self-management Nice to Have: ✓ Pest control or home services industry knowledge ✓ Experience with business management platforms ✓ Ability to develop custom workflows and integrations ✓ Experience building automation solutions for SMBs What You'll Bring: • Proven ability to onboard clients successfully • Track record of driving adoption and client satisfaction • Technical depth combined with client-facing skills • Entrepreneurial mindset - you see problems and solve them • Ability to work independently and manage your own time Compensation & Structure Base Compensation: $15-$20/hour depending on experience • Paid once monthly (1st) Account Management Fees: $50/month per account you personally manage • Paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month's accounts • Accounts you onboard remain under your management for the first 12 months they're active with Pest AI • This creates residual income as your book of business grows—but only if you're personally managing client success • If a client churns, the fee stops (so you're incentivized to keep them happy) Expected Earnings: • $44,400-$54,400 (depending on your hourly rate and onboarding pace) Growth Potential: As Pest AI scales and this role evolves, we anticipate opportunities to expand your compensation beyond Year 2. We need someone who will personally onboard clients, build relationships, and manage their accounts long-term. If you're planning to outsource this work, subcontract it, or use templates and automation tools to scale without genuine client interaction, this isn't the right fit. We're also not interested in: • Agencies bidding on behalf of contractors • "Automation specialists" who use no-code tools without understanding the underlying workflows • People looking to build a team and delegate the work • Anyone planning to use this as a stepping stone while looking for other opportunities We want YOU—an individual contributor who cares about client success.
