Software Sales Rep (100% Commission) We're looking for a driven, self-motivated salesperson to sell SupportLead — an AI-powered platform built specifically for home service businesses (roofers, plumbers, HVAC, electricians, etc). SupportLead helps business owners never miss a lead by providing 24/7 customer service, job booking and scheduling, automatic text back of missed calls, 5-star Google review growth on autopilot, CRM, and more. This is a 100% commission role — no cap on earnings. You bring the hustle, we give you the tools, scripts, and a proven product that closes. What you'll do: - Reach out to home service business owners (calls, email, DMs — your choice of channel) - Present SupportLead using our existing scripts, demo materials, and a live product demo prospects can try in minutes - Close deals and get paid immediately on your commission Compensation: - 25% commission if you bring the deal and we close it - 50% commission if you close the deal yourself, start to finish - No cap, no ceiling — the more you close, the more you earn - Avg. Deal Size: $2k (So commissions would be: $500/$1,000 per deal) What we're looking for: - Real sales experience — cold outreach, closing, or both - Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding - Comfortable working independently, commission-only - Fluent English speaker.
