I need an experienced software and AI patent attorney to review, restructure, and file a nonprovisional utility patent application before June 22, 2026. Background: I filed a provisional patent application on June 22, 2025 for an AI-powered fintech application called Boost Coach. The provisional expires June 22, 2026 — 17 days from now. This is a hard deadline. The app is fully built and in beta testing. I have a working product ready to demonstrate. What I have ready: 60 drafted patent claims covering the core system Full technical description of all features Working app available for demonstration USPTO account already set up The invention covers: AI credit report analysis engine with OCR parsing Automated FCRA-compliant dispute letter generation Dual AI coaching system — FixBot for disputes, BoostBot for financial education Gamification engine with XP, quests, streaks, and level progression Certified mail dispatch and real time tracking integration CROA compliance architecture with abuse prevention Subscription gated access system with Stripe integration What I need the attorney to do: Review and restructure the 60 existing claims — currently all dependent on one independent claim which creates a single point of failure Create 5-6 strong independent claims covering different core components separately Add new claims for recently developed features not in original draft Ensure all independent claims survive Alice/Mayo scrutiny — this is a software and AI patent File complete nonprovisional utility patent with USPTO before June 22, 2026 Structure application to support future continuations for standalone components Deliverables: Restructured nonprovisional utility patent application 5-6 independent claims plus dependent claims Filed with USPTO before June 22, 2026 Application structured to support future continuations I will share the 60 drafted claims and full technical briefing document under NDA with selected attorneys. Budget: $800 - $1,500 depending on experience and approach. Open to patent agents as well as attorneys. Timeline: Must file by June 22, 2026 — hard deadline Communication: Available daily, responsive, organized To confirm you have read this posting in full, please include the word PROVISIONAL at the start of your proposal.
