Software tester in Italy (without PayPal account)

This opportunity is part of a trusted partnership between Testlio, a global testing and user research company and our client, Paypal. Why You Are Here We're looking for individuals who have no existing PayPal accounts to test our client's new onboarding flow. A PayPal account is tied to your identity, so we are looking for individuals who truly do not have any prior accounts made, even with different email addresses and/or phone numbers. Please do not apply if you have prior accounts, we will not be able to collaborate on this project. You will create a brand-new PayPal account from scratch and walk through the onboarding and account setup flows within the new pre-release PayPal mobile app. This is a first-time user experience test - no prior PayPal account exists. You will share your honest feedback and help us identify bugs along the new onboarding flow utilising the Testlio platform to to do. Requirements: - Location: Italy - No existing PayPal account! - Device: iPhone 10 or newer with up-to-date iOS / Samsung 7 or newer or any Google Pixel phone with up-to-date OS What to Expect How to access testing materials In order to access the testing materials and to keep in touch with the testing team during testing, you will be required to create an account on our website, Testlio. This takes approximately 30 minutes and will be paid. Once the contract is initiated, we will provide step-by-step instructions. - Language: English (to communicate with the team) & Italian Language (to test the app). - Duration: We will test the PayPal app onboarding flow at least once, and we estimate approximately 2 hours for this task. We may have follow-up tasks available too. What Happens Next - You'll need to answer a few initial questions as part of your Upwork proposal bid - To further ensure that you're a good fit for this study, we'll expand the questions via messages. - If selected, you’ll be asked to first create an account on our Platform, Testlio. This is where the task will be assigned to you. Account creation will last approximately 30 minutes. Your information will be used only for research purposes and handled according to GDPR standards. All responses are stored securely and shared only with Testlio and our client.
