Solar Appointment Setter - LATAM

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and high-energy Solar Appointment Setter to join a growing Solar Media Agency. This is a 100% remote position focused on connecting with homeowners and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants. If you are a great communicator who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is driven by performance, we want to talk to you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads. Educate homeowners on the benefits of switching to solar energy. Qualify leads based on specific criteria. Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM. What we’re looking for: Bilingual: Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Experience: Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing (solar industry experience is a huge plus!). Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRMs and VOIP systems.
