SolidWorks Designer — Small Electronic Enclosure (3-part, 60×60mm)

Overview I need a SolidWorks model of a compact 3-part plastic enclosure for a dual-board IoT stack (IoTextra + IoTsmart). The enclosure is 60×60×~32mm and consists of three horizontal rings (TOP, MIDDLE, BOTTOM) secured by brass pins and standoffs. Detailed design brief with sketch drawings is provided. Deliverables SLDPRT / SLDASM files for all three parts STL files ready for FDM printing First prototype will be FDM-printed for fit check; final version will be SLA What I provide Full written design brief (PDF) PCB dimensional drawings (PDF) for both boards Connector datasheets (JST PH, Qwiic, KF2EDGK-3.5 terminal block) Sketch views: top view, north face, south face (SVG) Requirements Proven experience with small electronics enclosures in SolidWorks Portfolio showing enclosures with PCB cutouts, connector openings, and assembly hardware Knowledge of FDM and SLA printing tolerances Ability to work from engineering drawings and datasheets Nice to have Experience with IoT/embedded product enclosures Familiar with JLC3DP or PCBWay manufacturing Future work This is the first variant of a planned enclosure family.
