SolidWorks/Fusion 360 Expert for 3D Design

We are seeking an experienced mechanical designer to create 3D sheet metal designs and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks or Fusion 360. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and be proficient in creating detailed and accurate drawings. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality designs . Scope of Work * Create an accurate 3D CAD model in **SolidWorks** or **Autodesk Fusion 360** * Design using sheet metal features (bends, flanges, hems, etc.) * Generate flat patterns for manufacturing * Prepare detailed fabrication drawings with: * Overall dimensions * Bend angles and bend radii * Hole locations and sizes * Material thickness * Tolerances (where applicable) * Part numbers * Export files in required formats (SLDPRT/SLDASM or F3D, STEP, DXF, PDF) ## Deliverables * Fully parametric 3D model * Sheet metal part and assembly (if applicable) * Flat pattern DXF files for laser cutting * Manufacturing drawings in PDF * STEP files for production Requirements * Strong experience with SolidWorks or Fusion 360 * Experience in sheet metal design and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) * Ability to create accurate fabrication drawings * Understanding of laser cutting and CNC bending processes * Good communication and attention to detail Nice to Have * Experience with enclosure or bracket design * Knowledge of manufacturing constraints and bend allowances * Ability to suggest improvements for easier fabrication To Apply Please include: 1.
