SolidWorks Load Carriage Belt Design

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to design a load carriage belt using SolidWorks. The project involves creating a detailed 3D model of the belt, ensuring it meets specific load requirements and is optimized for durability. Required technical skills include proficiency with CLO3D, SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software, knowledge of textile engineering, webbing, hook and loop fasteners, buckles, reinforced stitching, thermoplastics, composite materials, injection molded and machined components, tolerance analysis, and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly principles. Experience selecting commercial off the shelf hardware, creating engineering drawings compliant with ASME Y14.5, specifying materials and finishes, coordinating prototype fabrication, and validating designs through mechanical testing and user evaluation is highly desirable. Familiarity with military load carriage systems, military garments, gear, ergonomic standard is a strong advantage. Provide previous samples of work in relevant software to create tech package.
