SolidWorks 3D Model Creation

We are looking for an experienced SolidWorks designer to recreate approximately six mechanical components from existing detailed 2D manufacturing drawings. Scope of work: * Create accurate parametric 3D models in SolidWorks based on the supplied 2D drawings. * Reproduce all dimensions, holes, threads, slots, radii, chamfers and other machining features shown on the original drawings. * Export each completed model as a STEP file. * Provide the original editable SolidWorks files. * Generate a new 2D drawing from each completed 3D model. * Add the relevant dimensions to the new drawings so that we can compare them with the original drawings and verify the accuracy of the 3D models. * Check that the new 2D drawings and 3D models are fully consistent with the source documents. * Clearly report any missing, contradictory or unclear dimensions before making assumptions. Required deliverables: * SolidWorks part and, if applicable, assembly files * STEP files * New SolidWorks 2D drawings * PDF versions of the new 2D drawings * A short list of any discrepancies or assumptions identified The drawings concern machined mechanical components. Accuracy is therefore more important than visual appearance.
