SolidWorks Part File Rebuild

Rebuild a simple SolidWorks part from scratch. The current model is more complicated than it needs to be and contains unnecessary features that make it harder to modify. I just need a clean, well-organized SolidWorks part that matches the existing design. This should be a straightforward job for someone experienced with SolidWorks. Rebuild this part from scratch as a clean, fully parametric SolidWorks part file. The current model is more complicated than necessary and contains unnecessary features. Maintain the existing functionality and all critical dimensions, but simplify the geometry wherever possible. Design Requirements * Keep all critical mounting dimensions identical to the original part, including: * Top mounting surface * Bottom mounting surface * All bolt hole locations, diameters, and spacing * Weight is important. This is why center section is narrowed, but it is done in a too complex way. It should just be a smooth transition to the narrow part. * Build the model with clean sketches, features, and design intent so it is easy to modify in the future. Especially the length, I have 2 more parts like this which are just shorter. * Simplify any geometry that does not affect function. * Round every edge and transition as much as practical without affecting fit, assembly, or critical dimensions. * Avoid sharp corners anywhere, including internal geometry. All transitions should be extremely smooth, largest possible in the location, and continuous whenever possible. * Keep wall thicknesses as uniform as practical. * Preserve all critical mounting and fastener seating surfaces. Hollowing Requirements * Create one continuous internal hollow cavity. * Target a minimum wall thickness of 4.0 mm * Keep the cavity smooth with large continuous transitions. Do not terminate the hollow cavity with abrupt internal walls or sharp transitions. * Add one straight drain hole through the center of the part top to bottom, passing completely through the cavity. diameter: 0.75 mm. CAD Quality * CAD dimensional accuracy: approximately ±0.001” wherever practical. * Fully define all sketches. * Minimize unnecessary features and no rebuild errors. * Make the model easy to edit, especially the overall length, since additional versions of this part with different lengths will be created from the same model.
