Sr Solutions Architect

We are supporting a 3–4 week discovery and architecture engagement for a premium cultural tourism and mixed-use destination project, with additional enterprise opportunities potentially following this engagement. This role is less about software development and more about enterprise discovery, stakeholder engagement, architecture assessment, and strategic roadmap development. The selected architect will be expected to work with business and technical stakeholders to assess current-state applications, infrastructure, integrations, data, and operational processes, identify risks and opportunities, and define a practical future-state architecture and implementation roadmap. Before moving forward, I’d appreciate your responses to the following questions to help us better understand your experience and approach: 1. Describe a discovery engagement you led where documentation was incomplete, outdated, or nonexistent. How did you uncover the current-state architecture, and what deliverables did you produce? 2. Have you led architecture assessments involving multiple business units, vendors, legacy systems, APIs, and data sources? Please briefly describe the scope and outcome. 3. How do you translate technical findings into business outcomes and executive recommendations? Please provide an example. 4.
