SonicWall TZ500 to TZ580 Migration – Onsite Bangalore We are looking for an experienced SonicWall Engineer for an onsite installation and migration project in Bangalore, India. The existing SonicWall TZ500 is approaching/end of life, and we are replacing it with a SonicWall TZ580 with Advanced Protection Security Suite (APSS) – 1 Year. Environment Existing Firewall: SonicWall TZ500 New Firewall: SonicWall TZ580 Security Subscription: Advanced Protection Security Suite (APSS) – 1 Year Users: Approximately 100 Location: Bangalore, India Engagement: Onsite Scope of Work Review the existing TZ500 configuration. Take and validate a complete configuration backup. Assess the current firewall configuration and dependencies. Migrate the existing configuration to the TZ580 using the appropriate SonicWall-supported migration process. Configure/validate WAN, LAN, VLANs, DHCP, NAT and firewall policies. Configure/validate VPNs and any required remote-access connectivity. Activate and validate the APSS security services. Perform the physical firewall replacement and production cutover. Test Internet, internal applications, VPNs and other critical services.
