This is a two-week sprint with an immediate start. What you'll do Source AE candidates on LinkedIn against a specific profile I'll give you. Message them. Get three qualifying questions answered in writing before you do anything else. Only when all three are answered do you send my scheduling link. I'll give you the exact search filters, the Boolean strings, the outreach template, and the three questions. You don't have to figure any of it out. The profile, so you know if it's in your wheelhouse Account Executives with 3 to 6 years of closing experience at software companies, based in New York City or Boston, who publish their quota attainment on their profile. Think "hit 140% of a $900K quota." If there's no number on the profile, they're not a fit. What I need from you 20 hours per week for two weeks, with flexibility to extend Your own LinkedIn Recruiter seat 15 to 20 outreach messages a day, every one logged in a shared tracker Fast replies. When a candidate responds, I need you on it within a couple of hours Clear written English How you're paid Hourly, plus $25 bonus for every candidate who completes a call with me. Not per booking — per completed call. I want qualified people on my calendar, not volume. How this starts Paid 5-hour trial. Deliver 25 sourced candidates in the tracker and at least 3 who have answered all three questions and booked a call. If the quality holds up, we continue for the full sprint.
