Sourcing and Data Specialist to Invite Field Technicians to Our Platform (Security / Low-Voltage)

About Us We are a growing company nationwide, streamlining how low-voltage projects are bid and executed. We have built a free proprietary database designed to match low-voltage subcontractors with lucrative project bids across the United States. Think of us as an exclusive marketplace platform connecting skilled local technicians with high-volume project opportunities. We are looking for motivated Sourcing Specialists to help us identify, source, and onboard low-voltage/security subcontractors onto our free bidding platform. What You Will Do Identify & Source independent low-voltage subcontractors (CCTV/IP, structured cabling, fiber, AV, access control) across various US regions using specialized resources to identify low-voltage sub-contractors including but not limited to: LinkedIn Professional & Industry Groups Local/regional trade directories and industry-specific forums Craigslist or similar gig boards State licensing boards and certification registries Outreach & Communication: Conduct cold/warm outreach via phone and email to introduce subcontractors to our platform and explain the benefits of joining our bidding network. Data Management: Input accurate contact information, and coverage areas into our platform and initiate sub-contractor invite so they can complete their profile. Qualify: Ensure the subcontractors meet our quality, insurance, and skill standards before inviting them. Required Skills & Qualifications Fluency in English: You must have impeccable, clear verbal and written English. You will be speaking directly with US-based business owners, so an easy-to-understand conversational tone is mandatory. Lead Generation/Sales Experience: Proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing (experience in the construction, telecom, or IT fields is a huge plus). Data Entry & Organization: Exceptionally detail-oriented. You can manage spreadsheets and input data quickly without making mistakes. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and navigating proprietary databases, CRM tools, and communication platforms. Reliability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and hit weekly sourcing targets.
