South Korea Creator & Lifestyle Participant Sourcing Partner

We are looking for South Korea-based or Korea-connected sourcing partners who can help us identify suitable participants for online lifestyle content projects. This role may be suitable for recruiters, creator managers, influencer managers, social media managers, community connectors, photographers, local outreach specialists, agencies, or people with access to lifestyle, creator, social media, or local community networks in South Korea. This is a performance-based sourcing role, not an hourly role. Payment will be handled through Upwork milestones and tied to approved participant onboarding outcomes. Good-fit participants are adults who already post normal lifestyle or social-media-style content online. Examples include daily life, cafés, food, travel, city life, fashion, beauty, hobbies, fitness, outings, family-friendly activities, or general lifestyle content. Participants do not need to be professional influencers, models, or celebrities. Everyday social media users with suitable existing lifestyle content may be a strong fit. This is not an adult-content project. We do not need NSFW, sexual, or inappropriate content. Selected partners will receive approved project materials after the contract starts. All communication, contract setup, and payments will remain on Upwork.
